At our community clinics, we offer affordable individual sessions, where you will have an opportunity to experience the healing impact of therapeutic yoga and other somatic modalities on body, mind, and spirit. Our practitioners come from diverse backgrounds and experience. But all are trained with a focus on whole-self care, while emphasizing mental and emotional well-being — meeting an increasing need for and disparity in these services.
We are currently hosting clinics in Mountain View, San Mateo, and in the Santa Cruz area. NOTE: You can also contact us directly to schedule an appointment outside the listed hours of availability, or if you want to meet with a specific practitioner.
You can schedule a free intake call (typically 15 minutes or so) by directly emailing the Antara Institute team to find a convenient time. During the call, we will answer any questions you may have, and discuss if or how yoga therapy may benefit you. OR
If you decide to book your first clinic session without doing an initial intake, we will still offer you the option before your appointment time, but it is not required.
After you book your first clinic session, you will receive an email from the practitioner you will be meeting with, that includes forms to review prior to the session.
After your clinic session you will have the following options:
1. Schedule another individual session (up to 5 clinic sessions/year)
2. Join a small somatic/yoga therapy group of others with shared needs and intentions
3. Stay in touch with us around other upcoming yoga and somatic healing offerings/events
