how we make a difference

Accessibility

We are committed to overcoming barriers to quality mental health care, such as: social stigma, limited resources, and lack of integration with other institutions . At Antara, we  focus on taking the pathology out of mental health care in order to foster well-being, interconnection, and belonging.

Therapeutic Yoga & Somatic Therapy

All of our offerings and trainings are devotedly trauma informed, some drawing on tools more specific to yoga and other ancient traditions, others utilizing a broader range of tools and practices grounded in current mind-body research.

Ecotherapy

We are slowly growing our capacity to offer services in outdoor, natural settings. When we connect with the elements, we are reminded of how we are merely a reflection of nature’s ways. Observing nature, whether in our environment, or within our own self, is key to developing wisdom.
